I've been told this functionality isn't available which seems surprising given how simple it is.
I would like to use the Bulk function to move a set of tickets to the open status AND assign them to a specific user in the same step.
Do I need to restructure how the workflow has been created? Can someone point me to script help?

Hi @Andrew R,
you need to add Assignee to screen associated to that transition (if exist, otherwise you need to create a new screen with assignee inside).
After doing that you can perform both operations at same time through a Bulk Operation.
