Hi @周慧华,

Atlassian has prepared instructions for upgrading Jira - please see Upgrading Jira applications

Next, check out these helpful links:

it is not  jira software. I want to install jira core 8.15。Do I have to upgrade the DB to a newer version - MySQL 5.7 or 8.0 ?

For the Jira upgrade, it doesn't matter if you have Core or Software, the procedure is the same.

Upgrading DB to version 8.0 will probably not be a problem, but I do not know your company policy whether it is possible.
