My org has plenty of folks who've left, and their accounts are now inactive. Their Filters and Dashboards are piling up and I would like to delete them. I've got admin powers and all, but I see no way to delete these objects, and I can't log in as those users because they're inactive.
aha! I may have found the answer via another community answer:
Go through Jira Admin -> System ... and look for Shared Filters and Shared Dashboards. From that interface, you can delete those items
