remove filters and dashboards of inactive users

My org has plenty of folks who've left, and their accounts are now inactive. Their Filters and Dashboards are piling up and I would like to delete them.  I've got admin powers and all, but I see no way to delete these objects, and I can't log in as those users because they're inactive.

aha! I may have found the answer via another community answer:

Go through Jira Admin -> System ... and look for Shared Filters and Shared Dashboards. From that interface, you can delete those items
