"Could not retrieve billable hours for worklog" Error

Getting above error in jira logs. Not sure what is issue. Please suggest a solution.

Also we have worklog id, how to find the issue or project of the corresponding worklog id.

You are using Tempo Timesheet. Billable hours are not standard in Jira.
