imap mail handler cannot process emails within the configured mail queue delay. 

"unable to process as the recipients does not match catch email"

Hi @Muna Khamis 

 

please check the mail handler configuration and remove the catch email settings and try again. 

its also a good idea to check the incoming mail logs located in the jira-home/log directory for any errors.
