jira core linking with confluence

Hi when I go to link a Jira Core cloud task to a confluence page, that displays in the drop down, it says "we're having trouble check your connection and try again" I reviewed the article about linking Core and Confluence, and the confluence URL was already linked

Thank you - anyone know the status on this it looks like Jira is not linking with Conflusence pages ?
