how to create an assignment group

I can't seem to find any "site-admins" anywhere on this page to create a team

Hi @Janna 

This doesn't look like a Team - it looks like someone has created a user called Team Support - hence why it can be chosen from the Assignee field.

You could do that - or create a custom field - such as a...

• Group Picker: Then, create Groups, add users to them - and then you could refer to them from this field
• Select List: List all your teams in the list, and pick from them

...and add it to your Screen.
