there are more than 2000 filters on my name, all of them doesn't have shared editing permissions. now i want to give editing permissions to a group in my in jira instance.i tried "Subscription for jira- Manage filters" add-on., but it didn't work.
How can i edit the permissions for them all in bulk?
Hi Sai,
We use the Shared Manager add-on, which allows us to modify the permissions of filters. It's free and works well for us.

@[deleted] thanks for your reply, but this add-on is only letting me to change the owner, not the permissions.

Sorry, I wasted your time :( . I was hoping you could change the owner to your group. You can set the filter permission default to public in the settings in newer versions of Jira (7.13+), but that would only help future filters and not existing.

The REST API can allow you to bulk change the owner and maybe do other things as well.
