fetching client details from an issue

i am actually trying to fetch from issue type "obligations" the clients content under the activity tab using jira2.xyz.com/rest/api/2/issue/issue_id-1980?expand=renderedFields,names,schema,operations,editmeta,changelog,versionedRepresentations.json but there is no content return in json . How can i fetch the details?
