effacer un champ

Bonjour à tous,

 

Je souhaite effacer le champ "date de cloture" lorsque mon champ est réouvert. Du coup dans les règles d automation j arrive bien à mettre l ensemble des conditions mais je sèche au niveau de la valeur intelligente à renseigner. Pouvez vous m'aider svp ?

Salut et bienvenue dans la communauté !  

Je pense que la meilleure manière de procéder n'est pas de passer par automation mais par une postfunction sur la transition de réouverture dans le workflow.

Tu peux choisir dans cette postfunction d'effacer le contenu d'un champ personnalisé !
