My team is looking into replacing our current document repository. is JIRA core equipped for this?
Hi,
first question: Cloud or server?
second question: Jira is basically a workflow based, issue/task/biug tracker & not a document repository. What are your expectations & needed features for a document repository?
You might want to check out Confluence, which one can use as a document repository, depending of ones needs.

Hey JP,
Right now we're using One Drive (cloud) forbour workflow approval process and to store the finished document. Would JIRA core be able to replace our current process entirely? Or would we require JIRA Core Cloud for the workflow and then Confluence or the Documents add-on to store the completed documents?
Do you know what the cloud server file limit is?
Thanks a bunch

sorry we currently use Shared Drive (cloud) for our document repository/ approval process not One Drive.
