What causes this query: "The value 'open' does not exist for the field 'status"

Other status such as closed, scheduled, etc. get results but the open status does not.

@Jose Lopez , My initial though is to make sure there is actually a status of [OPEN]. That error message is the one you get whet you attempt to search for a status that does not exist. -pjd

Thanks Peter, I was not aware that there were changes in the status field, so now instead of open or in progress, there is request and scheduling. I changed my saved filter to look for those statuses instead.
