Version Sync Listeners are not working when we update Versions via JIRA API.

We are integrating with one of our internal systems to create versions using JIRA API. After successful creation if versions under that project1 scriptrunner listeners are syncing versions to other projects. Same works fine when we create versions manually under project1 to all other porjects. This will block our project rollout integration with other systems. Please let us know asap.
