Using the Issue Collector on our website

I want to understand the clear steps for allowing our current customers to use a form on our website to submit issues.

It seems to me that all I need to do is follow these steps and input the script onto our site and then ANY customer can submit a ticket and we'll be able to communicate with them via email after their submission, correct?

Yes, that is correct

The link is a bit wrong - for Jira cloud you need to follow this https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-issue-collector/

@Eric Sharpe Welcome to the community.  You are correct.  You can just embed the JavaScript into the website and it will feed the issues into the service desk where you can then communicate via email.
