Using Script Runner to Email Confluence Release Notes PDF's to Client on regular basis

Hi, 

We are new to ScriptRunner and we are looking for a way to email our monthly Release Notes to clients directly via scriptrunner. 

 

We will be posting our Release Notes posts in Confluence as well as the Release Readme PDF's, and we are looking to see if there is a way we can send a notification with the pdf attachments to the client in email format directly. So the client will be able to download the PDF file directly from the confluence email notification. 

 

Is this possible? we've seen forums that suggest this is possible via scriptrunner.
