Ticket displaying complete

When I move my tickets to done status - after completion, and then move it back to in progress the ticket crosses out as done


How do I change this settings?

Welcome to Community.

It sounds like you need to clear your resolution field when you transition the issue from Done back to in progress.

I am struggling to find the post function icon

If you have permissions to edit workflows, click on the transition from Done to In progress, and you should see a properties panel. From the properties panel you can add a post function.
