Hi,
We are facing issue while assigning the ticket to user. How to fix this issue. This is occurring frequently.
JIRA Version we use v7.8 .

Hi @Gnanabaskar , there is probably some "long time" running process connected with transition to In Progress status.
Can you check postfunctions on this transition? Is there any postfunction which can sometime take more time than is usual?
@Martin Bayer _MoroSystems_ s_r_o__ Hi , there's no Postfunctions for this transaction. Only for this particular Project users report this issue. Other projects we are not getting this issue.

Can you share me the screenshot with the postfunctions on this transition? There also can be listeners registered but listeners are implemented as asynchronous functions most of the time
