tempo-issue.jpg
Hello
I'm having an issue in Tempo which is likely super-simple to fix am sure - but not all hours logged in Tempo appear to be displaying in the timesheet view. See attached screen grab example - where you can see that for the user "James" the Tempo timesheet is showing that he has logged "2" hours, but if you look at the list of hours that opens it actually shows that he's logged more like "10.5" hours.
All thoughts on why this might be happening very gratefully received. Possibly something to do with "unaccounted hours"?
Many thanks
Kind regards
Julian
HI Julian,
I faced the same issue recently (Tempo version 8.1.3.).
In our case it was matter of permissions. In the permission scheme is category Time tracking permission, where you can find 'View all worklogs' permission (user with this permission can see worklog per project). Hope this will help you.
Regards,
Petra

This solved it for me too. I diagnosed the permissions issue via the Permission Helper on the config page for project permissions ( Project > Settings > Permissions ).
Tempo took a few minutes to update and begin showing all worklogs.
