How can I use some functions of Jira work management as KPIs, so that there are monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual statistics, for the purposes of employees evaluation (appraisal system), these include the following:

  • Assign tasks to each employee (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistics).

  • Finished (done) tasks for each employee (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistics).

  • Task load for each employee in terms of time, not just the number of tasks (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistics).

  • Share tasks with other teams or projects. (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistics).

  • Tasks that have comments. (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistics).

  • Unassigned tasks (tasks that are assigned to another employee for some reason) (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual statistics).
