'Socket Exception: Connection reset' error when adding Microsoft exchange as incoming mail server

We are getting below error when hitting the test connection button in Incoming mail-->add mail server option. The authorisation works fine. The firewall ports are open, and the credentials are fine.

Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify:
