I am trying to connect my email to the Jira service and I get the error: "The domain claim for this domain has failed. DKIM validation failed for this domain."
I turned to the hosting of the domain, they, for their part, set everything up. DKIM is configured, but Jira does not allow updating to a new email
Hello @Денис Веревин,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Checking the domain on our tool https://domain-check.atlassian.com/, it shows that the SPF and DKIM records are not configured.
Also, it doesn’t show that the domain is verified on your organization.
Please, follow the steps of the documentation below to verify the domain and the other one to configure SPF and DKIM records. After that, you will be able to change the email address for notifications.
Kind regards,
Angélica
