We use the Search feature to obtain all our JIRA records and then Export them.

We are using JIRA cloud and it's limited to 1000 issue.

We have been provided with a string to allow us to obtain additional issues.

We are no running to the issue as we have more than 2000 isuues.

how can we increase that limitation?

Can it be increased to 5000?

Hi Perry,

I would install the free app to connect to Microsoft Excel. Then you can open the list of issues directly in Excel. So you can see all 5,000 and it is already in Excel so no need to "export" from Jira.

Thank you for your answer. Would you happen to have a screenshot of what this app looks like ? I found one called "JIRA Cloud for Excel" . Is that the one you are suggesting ?
