Receiving a Mail-Alert: Your subscription will be cancelled soon

I'm receiving an alert E-Mail from Atlassian, that my subscription will be cancelled soon due to inactivity.

Actually I am logged in my project and using it on a weelky basis. (creating tickets, commenting on them)

Not really a power-user, but nevertheless I do not consider myself an inavtice user.

What do I need to do to reset the inactivity counter?

Hello @Hrvoje Husic,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I can see that the notifications that you are receiving are related to Confluence and not Jira. 

Even if they are under the same domain, they are separated products.

If you are not using Confluence, you can remove it by going to Cog icon > User management > Manage subscriptions.

If you want to keep Confluence, you can access by adding "wiki" on the URL (xxxxxx.atlassian.net/wiki) or clicking on "Switch to" and selecting the product.
