restricted access for admin?

Dear Community,

I was wondering if it is possible to restrict access to certain projects for Jira admins in the Jira software?

The reason is that I am a student working for my university in a Jira project where we automate administrative processes. Therefore I need admin rights to use scriptrunner, user management and so on....

So I need to have access to these tools and functions, but I am not allowed to see other projects where sensitive information is stored. Is there any solution for this problem?

Best thanks in advance!

Need a small clarification as I am quite confused.

Steps given to schedule a task in the link 'http://www.j-tricks.com/tutorials/scheduled-tasks-in-jira' is easier than the one using SAL scheduler.

Doesn't JIRA v6.3.12 will support scheduled task without using SAL component.

Do you see the scheduler-config.xml anywhere? I haven't checked myself, sorry.

I have checked and 6.3.12 version of JIRA doesn't have scheduler-config.xml under atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\classes as I have mentioned in my first question. Now I found one more solution :-) - http://www.j-tricks.com/tutorials/jira-service Implementing the class as JIRA service and configure 1 time which keeps running with that delay (Seen under Administration -> System -> Advanced -> Services)
