overdue issues generating email to users

I need to adjust the frequency of the email reports going out to users to alert them of "unresolved" resolution of issues. Where do I do this?

I created a new issue type and even when the status says complete, the resolution can remain "unresolved". How can I fix this so that it says "done"?

Share columns in a third board (don't get rid of the other two, they are useful)

Let's say you have

  • Board 1, with columns  A, B, C, D, E, done
  • Board 2, with columns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, done

Create Board 3, with six columns - A+1, B+2, C+3, D+4, E+5, done (F+6)

Then, to be really sneaky, use a swimlane definition to separate the issues on board 1 from those on board 2...
