is it possible to not allow non-admin users to edit Tempo Accounts Custom Field?

Tempo Accounts Custom Field is editable for all users by default. Is there any way to restrict the edit for some user group ?

it's not possible via REST api yet, but you may want to look into the JIRA Command Line Interface plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.jira.cli

Looks like there are some call that can retrieve and delete projects: https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JCLI/Examples
