import test cases through Zephyr import function in JIRA failed as test cases validated

I try to import test cases through Zephyr import function in JIRA

I pass all the steps and my test cases are validated but as I did the import they are all rejected with this message

Master Row : 1, Sheet Name : import, errorMessage : Error while creating issue : errors":{}}]

Master Row : 7, Sheet Name : import, errorMessage : Error while creating issue : errors":{}}]

My test case have steps and the error is on the first line of the test

What version of JIRA are you using? If its not version 5.0+, take a look at those to see the improvements made to the creation of new issues.
