I would like to create a filter where I can see how many issues had been resolved. The idea is subscribe to the filter and in the end of the day receive this filter to see all the issues resolved on the current date. I think that it’s possible with sql syntax but I don’t know make the syntax.

I want to be able to add my BA and Scrum master to watch tickets so they receive their email notification.

It's not SQL, it's JQL, similar but different. For Jira 5.1, this works:

resolutiondate > startOfDay() and resolutiondate < endOfDay()
