Where has 'Add Watchers' gone in the new JIRA view?

Re-asking this question since the current "Answered" question, didn't really answer the question.

I want to be able to add others to watch tickets so they receive their email notification. 

Where has ADD WATCHERS gone?

JIRA's documentation seems to be outdated here. Maybe ask Support.

I was able to access the Burndown Chart in one of our Scrum projects by opening the project (Agile -> click on project), then clicking on "Reports" in the left-hand column, and then clicking on the little Triangle next to whatever it shows by default (e.g. Sprint Report).
The "Chart Tabs" the documentation mentions seem not to exist anymore.

(Unfortunately, I get an error message when trying to attach an image.)
