What is the price of TestRail for Jira?

In Atlassian marketplace I see that TestRail is marketed as a free add-on. However, when I read the Grurock website, there is a fee for using it. I only see that TestRail has a 30 day free trial license, which doesn't make the add-on for free in my opinion.

Can anyone tell me what the real deal is?

Have a look in the workflow.  That allows you to put "condition" on transitions, so you can set up rules for who can transition to "done" (or anything else)
