Webhooks - send via SR

HI

Does anyone knows a way to sent webhook via groovy Scriptrunner Listener?

Basically id like to use ONLY plugin to send JSON instead of jira's build-in webhook mechanism. Is there a way to create this ? Maybe using event.getChangeLog() ?
