User cant Archive tasks

Good day!

I have created a very small Kanban project that only has 5 statuses (Backlog -> Selected For Development ->In Progress -> Done -> Archived)

the issue is that only I am able to execute the transition from Done to Archived but the user who will be using this board is unable to Archive tasks. The option does not show for him

Is there some user level setting or permission I need to add for him in order for him to be able to archive tasks? is it permissions I need to set on the transition? if so any steps will be greatly appreciated!

On demand has tempo if you have subscribed to it. tempo allows logging work for team members

You could use the time.ON Dasboard Portlet, which allows you to log work on behalf of others. It should be compatible with the OnDemand instances, but i'm not aware, if you are allowed to install it. A polite question to the Atlassian support regarding the installation can't hurt.

Well, as yet ondemand can't support email handlers. as and when it can, JEMH would be able to help, through email https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/JEMH/JIRA+Extendable+Mail+Handler
