Hi!

For certain projects we want to keep track of any future actions we would perform for that project. Currently, the main project ticket has a custom field called "future actions" where we add tickets under multiple different project names.

What I want to do is to create a search query which will find any tickets in the "future actions" field.

E.g. The project is called incident-management.

Here we have a field called "future actions"

I want to find all open tickets currently added to the "future actions" field within all incident-management tickets.

Let me know if this is possible. Thanks!

I'm not sure I understand the question - "rendering style for build in field summary" is unclear - do you mean the summary field?  Or is "build" the field?

If you are talking about the standard "summary" field, then there is no rendering options because it is a simple short-text field, and they don't need rendering.
