while changing custom filed values without any transition change, need custom mail event

In an a issue  while we change the filed values without any transition, that change should capture and send custom event notification.

For that event I'm using Scrip runner addon, but not getting any notifications can you help me out with some script for the custom  mail event

I did your scenario before

Follow this steps:
1- Create a Calculate Number Field Custom filed.

2- Set a Increase value of field post-function (You can find it on JIRA Suite Utility or JIRA Misc Workflow Extension) on your desirable transitions that came back to Open status.

3- Let the process do its work till day you want report
