Problem: Jira Utility License Could not be verified.

customisation and customisation_backup folder of Jira

If I do further modification of files Jira is not considering to store them in the according folder 'customisation' or 'cusotmisation_backup' can I just add them? Or will the content be overwritten when I upgrade? When does Jira update what folder according to customisations?

Anyone find a solution plugin is for free and you can not add licence information.

Error message comes up when using post-.function clone issue

We just started experiencing the same thing. Our license is valid. Anyone have a resolution?

Check that the licence is valid in the admin -> addons area of JIRA.
