Hi community!

I have two instances of JIRA and only in one of them I have ScriptRunner, in the other one I don't, and I would like to know if I can make code between the two JIRAs.

Thanks

Hey Young,

Regarding your questions:

  1. When accessing the admin area, you need to type your password again indeed, that's normal. This admin session will expire after 10 minutes in case of inactivity.
  2. This is a known issue when using more than one application in the same domain or IP address and it's better explained in this KB. Please check the resolution suggested there and see if it helps.

Hope it helps! smile

Cheers,
Andre

2 more questions before I do step 2. If I am using CROWD for user management, Jira and Confluence users does not have to be in same directory for SSO right? if yes, do I need to connect JIRA and Confluence? or I don't have to ?
