add my workflow to project

Hi all.

I created new workflow for my project. But I cannot see in "Project setting" parameter workflow.

Hi Ilka,

Deactivated users shouldn't be able to receive notifications from JIRA, but you might find that you can configure a notification scheme with the JIRA Enterprise Message Handler plugin, (JEMH), so that is what I'd recommend you try: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.javahollic.jira.jemh-ui
