Why am I unable to link to a confluence page within a task?

l select link page option within a task. Select from Confluence pages. Hit the link button and then can this error message (see image below)

We're having trouble. Check your connection and try again.

I've checked this many times but our connection is fine.

Whatever way I do this it fails - I tried copying both long and tiny link in Confluence and pasting the link but I get the same error message.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello Kyle,

Service desk is related to the project you created, so if you want to return for normal Jira, just create a new project or disable service desk for the project you want to revert this configuration.
