Where has 'Add Watchers' gone in the new JIRA view?

Re-asking this question since the current "Answered" question, didn't really answer the question.

I want to be able to add others to watch tickets so they receive their email notification. 

Where has ADD WATCHERS gone?

When you say you are organizing by users, you are using swimlanes or quick filters I guess. You can do the same for fixVersions too.

Use the "Queries" option if you are using swimlanes. For quick filters, just use the appropriate queries.

I know I can do the quick filter, but for some reason I can't get it to do a filter on the current fix version, without having to change the query every time a version is released.

Where is the queries option? That's new to me!
