Apparently this is a bug in JETI 5.2.2. See https://metainf.atlassian.net/browse/JETI-43 for more info.
Thanks for your kindly sharing. This is why we will always suggest you to report this problem in different ways, such as here(answers.atlassian.com) or the third party plugin issue tracker. It will provide you more chance to find out the root causes. :)

You can check if the plugin version is compitalble with your current JIRA version or not. If so, as this is a third party plugin (not developed by Atlassian), you might wish to check if there is any known issue like this at the issue tracker of this plugin:
https://metainf.atlassian.net/browse/JETI
If not you can just create a new ticket regarding this issue, I believe the plugin vendor/support can help you much better and faster.

Posting a question here was actually suggested by Meta-Inf's support page on marketplace. I did however end upp creating a support request on their issue tracker.
