Upgrading from v6.0.3

Hi Team

We need to upgrade our jira  (v6.0.3) to a platform which is supported for Cloud migration? 

Can you advise the steps required to complete this migration. 
Server is on 2008 / DB Server is 2012, 

our current folders sit under the following path; c$\Program Files\Atlassian: 

- Application Data

- JIRA

Hi Daniel, have you solved the issue?

I didn't notice you question because there is no proper tag: bamboo or tfs. It looks like your tfs user had no permissions to checkout the directory.
