Trying to generate email notifications to agents when a new request comes in

I've tried changing the notification settings but the emails don't come through.

We are evaluating the service management product and this is a key feature we would need

Hi Bryony,

Only Atlassian Support can edit "Advanced Settings" on JIRA Cloud. You can create a request on support.atlassian.com for further assistance.

Hi Paula, Thanks for your reply, that explains it. Does this mean that I would be able to change it myself if I were using the server version of JIRA? Bryony
