To many project on root.

Do you know if I can create a folder and into this folder have the projects?

I have to many projects and I want to have them organized into departments. Doing this, I have less projects in root.

Do you know the best practive for organize all the projects?

You don't need it. It's there, but it's failed to load.

Check the application log to see what is going wrong - jira-home/log/atlassian-jira.log is most likely to tell you something.
