Smart commit not working?

We have started to use JIRA and now we are trying Smart Commits and it doesn't seem to work. We have done all the steps necessary to connect JIRA with Bitbucket and we have done the commits using Smart commits' syntax.

This is the issue (new feature):

We don't see anything on Comments tabs.

What we did wrong? Why we can see the comments on the issue?

The repository's Smart Commits checkbox was checked before the commit was actually saved.

I have encountered the same problem now.Have you already soveld this issue?

When Exit safe mode and keep the current configuration, it seems unnable to ennable these plugins.

No. I have not been able to solve this issue. I had the fortune to be able to reinstall JIRA from scratch since I was using it in a development fase. :o)

Yes, I also have no good idea to deal with it yet. I reinstalled Jira and recovered it to the previous.
