We have started to use JIRA and now we are trying Smart Commits and it doesn't seem to work. We have done all the steps necessary to connect JIRA with Bitbucket and we have done the commits using Smart commits' syntax.
This is the issue (new feature):

We don't see anything on Comments tabs.
And these are two commits done:

What we did wrong? Why we can see the comments on the issue?
The repository's Smart Commits checkbox was checked before the commit was actually saved.
That seems like a good reason for not being able to find it:) Thanks!
So the way to go is to create user groups for each person in question and then use the default scheme?
Yes, thats the approach to create groups and add persons in that group. Generally adding individual users to notification scheme is discouraged as that user might leave the job and his username would be inactive thus it's always better to have groups in notification scheme.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Notification schemes apply to projects, not users.

Currently, there is no way in JIRA for customization of notification scheme for a single User.
