Regarding smart commit, not showing comments in the comment section of jira ticket

Hi ,

I have just integrated "smart commit" in Jira and github. Although, I am able to see the commit message in the separate "development" tab of Jira ticket, but I am not able to see those #comment #time in the comment section of Jira ticket.

So, my question is, does this feature exist that if I commit a message in git, that message coomet and time logs automatically shows in the comment section of individual jira ticket.

If this exist, please let me know, how can I resolve this issue.

To be more specific:

  1. You can hide "Affects Versions" and "Fixed versions" easily by going to Field configurations and selecting "Hide".
  2. As xrakan mentioned below - you'll need to modify templates manualy to rearrange other fields... see more discussion here http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?messageID=252815962 - personally I would not recommend to do that

Hi, according me it is impossible to customize issue display screen easily in this way. You must write some javascript (to define new field destination after page load) or change some default JIRA view templates, jsp, ...
