Outlook.office365.com: Login too long ?

We have a problem with the integration of a office365.com mailbox

We have this message: AuthenticationFailedException: LOGIN failed.

Mmm, I can swap, no problem.

Any popup blockers or script plugins that might be blocking it? What version of Jira are you on? Is there a warning message about the query being too complex and can't be done in simple mode? What doe the log files say?

What happens when you click? Did you try opening it in a new tab? Any error in logs?
