looking through the OOB JIRA charts, I don't see a flexible option to create various charts based on filters, fields, etc. the pie chart is the closest, but it's only allowing one filter criterion. for example, I'd like a bar chart showing JIRA issues grouped by a custom field and filtered by sprint. can I do this OOB or do I need a plug-in? if plug-in is the answer, I'd love some recommendations. thanks

Outlook Integration with other inboxes than My InBox?

I'm looking for a way to create tickets from a mail group but, apparently only the InBox allows me to create tickets?

I use outlook.office.com

In my InBox, I click on an email and see the Jira icon.

If I go into the other mailbox, I don't see the Jira icon.

Am I doing this incorrectly?
