Notification for non-updated ticket/bug in the last few days only to the specific user and myself

Ramesh Maddali
October 31, 2022

I have used the filter:

Project = "IA" AND Sprint in openSprints() AND status in ("IN CODE REVIEW", "In Progress") AND updatedDate < -2d

This will give me the complete list and I want this to be send only to the users in that list and not to all users. Note that the users may vary.

There are a couple of ways to do this. If this is meant as a one time thing, then you can do a query to get all the issues that you want to put the comment in, and then do a bulk operation and "edit" the issues. One of the options towards the top of the page, is to add in a comment.

You can also write a little listener that will sent out an email after so many days of inactivity. [This|http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Jelly+Escalation] should explain it.
