BY mistake, I revoked the site access of a Jira user. Now when I try again to provide the site access, getting error as "You have reached the maximum no of users for one of your product. Upgrade plan to provide access."
I am using Cloud based Jira with Standard Plan with 147 users, Confluence with Free plan with 5 users.
No, you can only display a field once on a view screen. If you want to repeat a field, you need to hack the core of JIRA to enable it.
Also, don't do it. Humans get very confused and upset when you do this. If you have a field that appears on tab 1 and then on tab 4, a human might change it in tab 1, move on to tab 4 and change it again, thinking it's something else, because it's on a different tab. Then complain that it's lost the data they put in tab 1. Seriously, software that does this is broken.

No, there is now way, only manual work. JIRA has some problems with this stuff, there is also a painfull problem with making a project copy
